Welcome to Brett Lowrey Coaching, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, services, coaching programs, or any related materials (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use or purchase the Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of Services & Disclaimers

Our coaching Services are non-clinical, supportive, and educational in nature.

• Coaching is not therapy, does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions, and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

• Coaching is complimentary to professional care and should not replace it.

• No outcomes, results, or timelines are guaranteed. Your results depend entirely on your own choices, actions, and participation.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you must contact appropriate emergency services immediately.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full upfront.

• No recurring subscriptions are offered.

• You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the full amount for the program or service at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to failure to participate, schedule conflicts, or perceived lack of results.

6. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling

If your coaching package includes scheduled sessions:

• You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Sessions canceled with fewer than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

• Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are forfeited.

Availability of rescheduling is not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, worksheets, videos, guides, documents, and digital content provided by Brett Lowrey Coaching, LLC are protected under copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your own private use only.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce the materials

• Post or upload the materials publicly

• Sell, license, or use the materials for commercial purposes

• Allow others access to your purchased content

Violations may result in termination of access without refund.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Participate honestly and openly

• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

• Seek appropriate medical or mental health support when needed

• Not hold the Company responsible for your personal life outcomes

Coaching is a supportive process, not a guarantee of change.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

• You understand and accept that coaching results vary and are not guaranteed.

• Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

10. No Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the coaching relationship at any time for any reason, including misuse of materials or inappropriate conduct. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
